International South West Manufacturing Seminars II,III, IV, V, VI and VII in Juarez, Mexico, 1982 to 1987. Programs included: Operation of the Maquiladora Industry, contract manufacturing, and joint ventures in Mexico, helped organize seminars and participated in them with sponsors.

Seminar: The University of Texas at El Paso Leadership Development Program. Program included: comunnication skills, conflict resolution, goal setting, leadership and power.

General Director: Manufacturas Industriales de Calidad SA de CV (MICSA), small contract manufacturing operation assembling, electric harnesses and indicator lights for US appliance manufacturers, television parts and components for Japanese television makers and additional components for other International Companies.

From marketing to quoting manufacturing services, to planning and establishing operation. Experienced in all aspects of a business from legal set up an dales to daily management.
Have managed over 80 employees for over 17 years and up to 60 construction workers at the same time without any major accidents an no, zero labor disputes.

April 1994-1995
El Paso Branch Sales Manager, GE Capital Modular Space, leasing and sales of mobile and modular offices and buildings in West Texas and Southern New Mexico.
Total responsibility and management of branch in El Paso, TX, from sales and marketing to operations, supervising all personnel and reporting to Southwest Division Sales Manager and Division Vice President.
The El Paso branch was achieving 140% of Business Plan and goals receiving the maximum quarter bonus at time of my departure to pursue other personal interests.

1988
General Director- Constructora Corporativa Regional SA de CV (CONCOR), small construction and real estate company building, leasing and selling industrial buildings and sites for US Twin Plants and International manufacturers in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Marketing real estate and construction services to all potential clients, planning, managing and operating all aspects of the business.
Handled over 24 construction and real estate projects with over 560,000 sq.ft. in total volumen.
Managed up to 60 direct construction employees, including civil engineers, architects, draftsman and most construction trades.
Contracted, managed, supervised, coordinated and paid, along with project architect or engineer all sub-contractors for all construction trades involved in construction of buildings and homes.
Established contract manufacturing operation listed previously as a spin-off, and managed it for many years along with CONCOR.

July 1985-1988
Marketing manager, Grupo Bermudez, industrial park developer, buider and contract manufacturing operator for companies interested in Production Sharing throug the "Maquiladora Program" in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Involved in all marketing activities including advertising, promotion, sales and customer service.
Responsible for identifying, contacting, promoting, following up and selling group services to prospects turning them into clients.
Direclty responsible for over six million Dollars in sales in 1987 and assisted with sales of over 25 million.

Jan 1984-1985
Assistant Director of Development, Grupo Omega, industrial development and construction for US manufacturers setting up "Maquila Plants" in Mexico.
