Paul possesses over 29 years of corporate real estate management services. He worked in every facet of major project development for Torrey Development Enterprises (now Manchester Financial Group) from finance to the selection of management. Paul was named "National Salesperson of the Year" at Merrill Lynch Commercial for leadership and completing 30 major commercial transactions. For the past 18 years he has been a leading international corporate services consultant in the United States and Latin America and now specializes in Mexico.

Background & Experience

Paul has achieved a technical excellence in corporate services, supply chain management and building sales negotiations, which has allowed him to be involved in over 10 million square feet of global lease and sales transactions in the past few years from London to Rio de Janeiro. He concluded the largest lease transaction in the San Diego CBD, and a major headquarters building acquisition for The Gillette Company in Mexico City. He has also completed hundreds of other consulting assignments including significant building investment acquisitions and dispositions and has been repeatedly commended by corporations such as The Gillette Company and Bechtel for skills in collaboration and analyzing their needs, while professionally executing the project process with outstanding communications.
NAI Mexico has the most complete commercial real estate services and coverage of any corporate services group in Mexico.
Paul was also instrumental in forming NAI NAFTA and also 10 full-service offices in Mexico including Mexico City serving the Manufacturing Industry and Office, Investment, land, Resorts & Hotels and Retail requirements.
Paul is a former U. S. Navy Captain and was a Combat Aircraft Squadron Commander conducting sea/air rescues during the Vietnam War, and served as an Air Group Commander and an Air Wing Commodore with various fixed and rotary wing squadrons in the Wing. His final position in the Navy was as Director of Anti Submarine Warfare Plans (PM-4) in the Pentagon, Washington D.C. and with offices in Crystal City, VA.
